Mr. NVK VELAN is the chairman-cum-managing director of the company. Mr. Velan has acquired DCE, Domain expert in construction technology computer technologies and carries a vast experience in domestic and overseas marketing, therefore, he understands the concept of building and business from its roots. He is an active member in various associations and social clubs, he is a member of Chamber of Commerce, Freemason, he has been more than 25 years in Lionism as Lion MJF in District 324A1 and he is also a member of Builders Association of India. Mr. Velan is the head of marketing, administration, and sales of the company and is currently devoting his time to our latest upcoming project “SreeArpana” at Salem in all the areas of business promotion, namely acquiring land, technical feasibility and all civil allied works, marketing and administration.

He looks into each and every department of the project to deliver excellent outcome and ensures the quality of the products. Mr.Velan swears by his technical experience to design architectural and structural drawings to develop the state of art construction. With such passion for work, Velan has earned respect and credibility with NRIs in Singapore, Malaysia, UK and USA which has increased and widened the marketing network in foreign countries. Mr. V. AJAY PARWIN is one of the professional directors in TARAKA who completed his master degree in Mechatronic (Robotics) engineering with first class honors from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom. Mr. Ajayparwin Velan has a vast experience in electrical design for large scale automation equipment working in the United Kingdom.

He is currently an active member of the International Professional Association such as the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) and the Institute of Electrical Electronics Engineers (IEEE). His contribution to the company is to introduce the latest automation into the construction process.

His idea is to include automate cement block manufacturing and prefabrication to reduce manpower cost and considerable construction time and allied manufacturing activities at the construction site. All the electronics, plumbing and complete layout of the site will be overseen by him for all the ongoing and upcoming projects. He is a professional who thrives to make the work easier at the site and provide the best electrical layout for the projects with safety and latest services that can be provided by electrical planning.

MR. S. MADHAN Our director in charge of finance, taxation, and controls is MR. S. Madhan, a chartered accountant qualified in Chennai in 2001 also a founder of a leading CA firm in Chennai.He has 17 years of thorough experience in handling finance, some of his handled corporate accounts include HUL, Heinz, Reliance retail, Naturals, Amrutanjan, Sundaram Brake, Lines, Flsmidth, ONGC, SBI, SBH, KVB and many more.

Mr. Madhan is not only known for his contribution to finance but also is a successful professional in several other business fields. He is a promoter of Genie Trans Pvt Ltd- India’s first and largest digital hyper-local advertising solutions in three-wheelers in Chennai.

He also a founder partner for "Indusports" which is into the business of conducting National level league for TT, Badminton, and Snooker.

The other feathers on Mr. Madhan’s cap along with being an accounting professional are business consultant, an active investor in multiple businesses ranging from technology, sports, international trading, beauty and wellness, real estate and liquor.

MR. C BRAHMANAND An expert in the IT department, Mr. C Brahmanand holds a Master degree in Technology and applications. He has 15 years of experience in the information technology, telecom, software, industry as an architect.

In our company, he handles IT, procurement, controls administration, and other project management activities. He is in charge of implementing the latest technology and construction in all the projects. With his immense dedication and experience, we have managed to successfully implement the best and latest technology in all our projects for convenient living and will continue to do so.

Mr. AN Kamalesh BABU MR. Babu is the director in charge of sales and marketing for all the projects of the company with 17 years of experience. He is a management graduate and masters in commerce with a specialization in customer development, product ideation , customer marketing, channel management, customers services in well-known organizations like Unilever, HDFC Bank, and ICICI Bank.

Mr.Babu has worked for 12 years with Unilever since the inception of brand Pureit as Area sales manager and has grown consistently to become head of emerging channels handling modern retail, E-commerce and B2B business of Pureit nationally.

Prior to Unilever, he worked with ICICI Bank and HDFC Bank in assets and liability divisions on customer acquisition through teams ranging up to 500 employees across South India. He is also the founder of Genie Trans visions Pvt. Ltd. His team is building first of its kind blockchain based hyperlocal mobile advertising and mobility solution platform.He is a multitalented unconventional individual that contributes to our team helping our company to stand out in the market.

Mr. BHARAT SRINIVASAN He is the director in charge of liaisoning with government and other agencies for new project approvals, feasibility study, legal and registration support for clients.

Me. Srinivasan is an MBA with more than 2 decades of experience in the field of marketing sales and business development. He was associated with leading institutions like HDFC Bank, Centurion Bank, ICICI Prudential and ING Vysya Life Insurance.

His experience makes him capable to handle all our legal matters making all our projects absolutely approved and reliable.

Mr.H RAGHURAM He is our chief operating officer who handles administration and human resources. He has worked with various corporates in India and Africa gathering a huge amount of experience. Previously he was a commercial officer with M.R associates, an engineering firm based out if Kerela, involved in constructing major bridges for Kinkan Railway in the state of Goa and its suburbs.

He was also instrumental in setting up Nissan automotive dealership across East Africa, South Sudan, and Congo.

GANATHY CHETTIAR MR. Chettiar is an independent director who holds the first rank and is a gold medalist in Civil Engineering from the University of Kerela in 1961. He completed his masters in Structural Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy in 1963.

Later he joined as a lecturer in IIT Madras in 1964 and retired from the service and he received a Ph.D. degree from IIT Madras in 1973.

He was a DAAD Scholar from 1969 -71 and conducted research in Technical University, Berlin, Germany. He was also an Alexander Von Humbolt Research fellow in Ruhr University Bochum, Germany from 1977-78 and from 1978-97 he was engaged in setting up laboratory facilities for research and development in the field of Ocean Engineering. Mr. Chettiar remained as the head of Ocean Engineering from the year 1982-86 and later he became a professor in Malaysian University from 1998-2002.

After his service in Malaysian University, he joined as a Professor Emeritus in the Department of Civil Engineering in SXC college of engineering in Kanyakumari where is currently serving his duty. He was also a visiting professor at the University of Technology, Petronas, Malaysia from Sept 2008 to Feb 2009.
